Our Portfolio

Managing funds of around £400 million.

Combining successful investment with engaged asset management has been a winning formula for us. The funds have grown steadily. And significantly.

We have £400 million of assets under management split across our three investment funds. Together, they generate long-term and stable returns from our healthcare properties. As demographics shift, care for the elderly is becoming an issue of growing importance for the UK. Target’s funds are bringing much needed capital to meet the greater demand for quality care homes.

Our Funds

We give our investors the reassurance of strong income visibility by investing in properties with long-term, index-linked leases.

Growing funds under management

Wise investment combined with engaged asset management has been a core strategy for us. From a standing start in 2010, some two years later we had invested in approximately £75 million of assets. Having launched Target Healthcare REIT in 2013, we then had the opportunity to continue with our strategy, so that by early 2017 our portfolio had grown to assets under management of approximately £400 million across each of the three funds we manage.
